Be aware that MyFyWall reserves the right to change Terms and Conditions as well as our privacy policy at any time. Changes that affect your data and your privacy will be detailed on this page 14 days before the change is implemented. Use of our product 14 days after an announced amendment to this document constitutes acceptance of change on your behalf.

These terms control the relationship between us and you. If you do not comply with these terms, and we don't take action right away, this doesn't mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).

If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.

When using MyFyWall you agree to the following:

1. You acknowledge MyFyWall will attempt to secure your data to the best of our ability but a breach in security cannot be guaranteed.
2. You understand MyFyWall reserves the right to ban a user that has consistently been flagged for using MyFyWall in a way that is not consistent with the terms set forth in this document.
3. You will abide by and respect the terms an individual or business may set for guest connecting to a Wifi network and ensure those terms are carried over to MyFyWall.
4. You will not solicit login information or attempt to gain access to an account that is not yours
5. When you operate MyFyWall your public data may be subject to deletion in the event your public data is not appropriate for minors. (See Inappropriate Public Data for more)
6. You will not use MyFyWall to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory publically.
7. You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement or our policies.
8. When allowing someone else to use your device for MyFyWall purposes you will first sign out.
9. You will not use MyFyWall for the public sharing of nudity or graphic violence.
10. You will not use MyFyWall if you are a convicted sex offender
11. You understand if you assign yourself an inappropriate username or assign yourself an inappropriate photo MyFyWall will delete your account at MyFyWall discretion.
12. You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
13. You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
14. You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of MyFyWall, such as a denial of service attack or interference with page rendering or other MyFyWall functionality.
15. You will not post content or take any action on MyFyWall that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.
16. We can remove any content or information you post on MyFyWall if we believe that it violates this Statement or our policies.
17. You will not use our copyrights or trademarks or any confusingly similar marks, except as expressly permitted by our Brand Usage Guidelines or with our prior written permission.
18. If you repeatedly infringe on our intellectual property rights, we will disable your account when appropriate.
19. You will not post anyone's identification documents or sensitive financial information on MyFyWall.
20. If you repeatedly infringe on other our people's intellectual property rights, we will disable your account when appropriate.
21. You agree that you have the rights to any data that you upload and MyFyWall has the rights to use the data as they see fit.

The laws of Ohio, U.S.A., excluding Ohio's conflict of laws rules, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of OHIO, USA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

All users of our platform are subject to our platform terms and conditions and our platforms privacy policy.

Free services, Paid Services, Shared information, Private Information is subject to changed. We may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.

THROUGH OUR GROWTH PROCESS OUR COMPANY WILL CONTINUE TO TRANSFORM OUR SERVICES ALLOWING US TO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE A BETTER USER EXPERIENCE. WE CAN NOT CONTINUE TO PROVIDE OUR SERVICES IN IT'S CURRENT FORM IN ALL CASES.

IN ALL CASES, OUR COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ASSOCIATED WITH DATA ENTERED ON REGISTRATION OR WITHIN THE PLATFORM. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO KEEP YOUR DATA SAFE, WE WILL BE TRANSPARENT IN ANY BREACH, WE WILL ALWAYS KEEP YOUR DATA SECURITY AS A TOP PRIORITY.
