Your privacy is very important to us. We designed our platform to allow you to decide how you will share content with others. Please be aware that MyFyWall is currently an American business entity hosted on American soil and subject to American laws including but not limited to "Patriot Act". Provisions in this act may force MyFyWall to turn over your information without your knowledge to our government upon request. We may or may not be allowed to disclose any government order to turn over your private information even if it is a clear violation of the rights awarded to you by the US constitution in the name of national security.

When using MyFyWall you agree to the following

  1. You acknowledge MyFyWall will attempt to secure your data to the best of our ability but a breach in security cannot be guaranteed.
  2. You understand MyFyWall reserves the right to ban a user that has consistently been flagged for using MyFyWall in a way that is not consistent with the terms set forth in this document.
  3. You will abide by and respect the terms an individual or business may set for guest connecting to a Wifi network and ensure those terms are carried over to MyFyWall.
  4. You will not solicit login information or attempt to gain access to an account that is not yours
  5. When you operate MyFyWall your public data may be subject to deletion in the event your public data is not appropriate for minors. (See Inappropriate Public Data for more)
  6. You will not use MyFyWall to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory publically.
  7. You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement or our policies.
  8. When allowing someone else to use your device for MyFyWall purposes you will first sign out.
  9. You will not use MyFyWall for the public sharing of nudity or graphic violence.
  10. You will not use MyFyWall if you are a convicted sex offender
  11. You understand if you assign yourself an inappropriate username or assign yourself an inappropriate photo MyFyWall will delete your account at MyFyWall discretion.
  12. You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
  13. You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
  14. You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of MyFyWall, such as a denial of service attack or interference with page rendering or other MyFyWall functionality.
  15. You will not post content or take any action on MyFyWall that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.
  16. We can remove any content or information you post on MyFyWall if we believe that it violates this Statement or our policies.
  17. You will not use our copyrights or trademarks or any confusingly similar marks, except as expressly permitted by our Brand Usage Guidelines or with our prior written permission.
  18. If you repeatedly infringe on our intellectual property rights, we will disable your account when appropriate.
  19. You will not post anyone's identification documents or sensitive financial information on MyFyWall.
  20. If you repeatedly infringe on other our people's intellectual property rights, we will disable your account when appropriate.
  21. You agree that you have the rights to any data that you upload and MyFyWall has the rights to use the data as they see fit.


Mobile and Other Devices
  1. We currently provide our mobile services for free, but be aware that your carrier's normal rates and fees, such as text messaging and data charges, will still apply
  2. You provide consent and all rights necessary to enable users to sync (including through an application) their devices with any information that is visible to them on MyFyWall.


Business Uses of our Services
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify MyFyWall and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees.

Information We Receive From You
We receive a number of different types of information about you, including Platform Captured User Data and Platform Captured General Data

  • Platform Captured User Data - The information that is required when you sign up for the site, as well as additional information you are able to upload to MyFyWall as well as information you choose to share publically and privately. This may also include information that uniquely identifies you on our platform
  • Platform Captured General Data - This data is not necessarily unique to you. You may provide us with general information such as Wifi data.


MyFyWall Platform Rules (Please note these rules are subject to change).
  1. Separate members sharing the same device can only be logged in one at a time, however, the data available on the device memory can be uploaded by separate members to separate accounts even if it is identical data.
  2. Members managing different accounts from the same device can each upload data and mark uploaded data public or private regardless of how the previous member marked the data.


Data Types and Definitions
All data uploaded to MyFyWall and or shared with others should be considered public information and public data regardless of the definitions provided below
  • Public Information (subject to change) - The Information your device broadcasts to members of MyFyWall (by default) when connected to a local area network is considered Public Information. This includes but not limited to:
  • Any and all data uploaded publically including information or data captured during registration including but not limited to your name, profile picture, username, photos marked public.
Public Data (subject to change)
  • The data a member elects to upload and make visible to other members of this application.
Private Data (subject to change)
  • The data you have uploaded that you choose to make visible to friends only.
Public Communication Type 1: WifiWall (subject to change)
  • Information uploaded and shared between users connected to the same wifi network
Private Communication Type 1: Wifi Message (subject to change)
  • A private message between platform users who are not friends that share the same Wifi network.
Private Communication Type 2: Private Message (subject to change)
  • A private message between friends over the internet.
Private Information and Private Data
  • This does not exist

Safe Guards
MyFyWall does not condone, support or encourage inappropriate behavior when uploading data that goes against our Terms of Service. MyFyWall has implemented channels to prevent and illuminate inappropriate data uploaded. MyFyWall encourages users to only connect to Wifi networks that they trust. Below is a list of actions that can be taken to ensure a quality user experience.
  1. We Allow members to block another members (See Blocking Members Below)
  2. We encourage users to connect to wifi networks they trust with people they know
  3. We encourage people to only accept friend requests from people they know
Blocking Members (subject to change) - In the event a member blocks another member. Private Communication Type 1 and Private Communication Type 2 are cut of between members. Everything else remains active.

How we use the information we receive
We use information you provide us with to help create opportunities for third party application developers. We will provide third party application developers tools to access some or all elements of your data that has not been declared Private Information or Private Data by you.

Your trust is important to us, which is why we don't share information we receive about you with others unless we have:
  • received your permission;
  • given you notice, such as by telling you about it in this policy
  • removed your name and any other personally identifying information from it.
  • deemed the information Public Data or Public Information

Of course, for information others share about you, they control how it is shared. (could sound a little more formal perhaps? Information others share about you is outside the control of MyFyWall.

Deleting and deactivating your account
If you want to stop using our service from a particular phone simply log out of the application from that phone or device. Ensuring you are logged out from every device that was associated with your account will delete your account. Please allow up to 90 days for the log in details to be deleted.

Some of the things you do on MyFyWall aren't stored in your account, and may remain after you delete your account.
